Karnataka Ayurveda Medical College, Mangalore, Department of PG studies in Kayachikitsa organized " Doctor’s day" on 1/7/2022. The inauguration of the program started at 2.15 pm followed by invocation by interns Dr Arunima, Dr Animol & Dr Sandra.
The welcome speech was proposed by Dr Waheeda Banu, HOD & professor, Department of P.G studies in Kayachikitsa followed by lighting the lamp by dignitaries. Chief guest of the programme was Dr Mohammed Iqbal, District Ayush officer Mangalore addressed the gathering. Dr Ravi Rao S, Principal, KAMC, Mangalore addressed the importance of Doctor’s Day celebration.

This was followed by honoring the Chief guest by Principal. Felicitation to the best physicians of KAMC was awarded to Dr Waheeda Banu, HOD & Professor department of PG studies in Kayachikitsa & Dr Vijayalaxmi Rai HOD & Professor Department of Kaumarabhritya by the chief guest. Felicitation to Dr. Charan A, RMO, SCS Ayurveda for being the COVID Warrior 2021-22 followed by best internees’ award was given to Dr. Noel Jose Martin & Dr. Rishmina Basheer by the dignitaries. The presidential address was delivered by Mr. U.K Khalid, Administrative Officer SCS group of institutions. |
