The Department of Kaumarabhrithya, Karnataka Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Mangaluru( A unit of SCS Group of Institutions) organized a 1 day Ayurveda Awareness Program at SCS Riverside International School on September 19 th2025 . The program aimed to provide awareness on the Importance of practicing Ayurvedic Daily Regimen in day to day life and significance of daily intake of nutritious food while avoiding excessive indulgence in junk foodcons umption leading to various ill health effects in students of class 1 st to 5 th standard as a way to promote World 10 th Ayurveda Day. A total of 144 students were present and supported the program through their active involvement leading to its success. The program was led by Dr.Mahanya NC, Assistant Professor, & Dr.Kripa D, Assistant Professor , Department of Kaumarabhrithya.
