Stress management in accordance with National Ayurveda day 2025

Dr Sukanya VP ,AsstProfessor,Dept of Swasthavritta had been invited as a resource person to conduct a work shop on the theme “Memory boosting techniques and stress management “on 11 /9/2024 at Atleos,NCRmangalore.the session addressed the challenges faced by soft ware engineer community.in today ‘s hyper connected world,our dependence on digital world led to decline in natural memory power.the session complimented with the knowledge of reigniting memory power,reduce gadget dependency & embrace holistic techniques rooted in Ayurveda &mindfulness.the key themes of the session was digital dependency & impact on memory,reclaiming natural memory power through techniques,brain boosters in Ayurveda ,emoowerment of women as memory mentors & building emotional & cultural connections in the world.
The session objectives were Boosting morale by empowering employees with practical life enhancing skills.reinforcing a learning culture that values mental wellness & sustained growth.encourage women mentors to lead wellness initiatives and memory circles.strenghthen emotional connection by interpreting family & cultural perspectives in works place learning.
