12th International Day of Yoga

On the occasion of 12th International Day of Yoga , the students were taken to the Town Hall by faculty members Dr Sukanya V P and Dr Roopa Rao, where a Mass Yoga Demonstration was organized by the District AYUSH Department Dakshina Kannada . The students actively participated in the session along with yoga enthusiasts, healthcare professionals, and members of the public, thereby contributing to the larger community initiative promoting yoga and healthy living. The event provided an opportunity for students to experience the spirit of collective yoga practice and reinforced the message of this year’s theme, “Yoga for Healthy Aging.”
