As part of the National Ayurveda Day celebrations, a special Yuva Vani broadcast programme was presented by Karnataka Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital (KAMC), Mangaluru, at Akashavani – All India Radio, Mangaluru, on 16 September 2026.
The programme was presented by Dr. Sukanya, Associate Professor Departmental of Swasthavritta , and Dr. Monisha, Associate Professor Department of Kriya Shareera, Karnataka Ayurveda Medical College Mangaluru. The discussion focused on the theme of National Ayurveda Day and highlighted the relevance of Ayurveda in promoting health, wellness, and a healthy lifestyle.
Four students of KAMC—Amrutha, Thanvitha, Sathvik, and Dhanush—also actively participated in the programme. The session was conducted in an interactive and engaging format, with meaningful participation from both the faculty members and students.
The programme was broadcast for a duration of approximately 30 minutes and provided an effective platform for creating awareness about Ayurveda and its relevance among the wider community.
