AYUSH Habba 2026 was organized at the TMA Pai Convention Centre on 31st January and 1st February 2026 with the objective of creating public awareness about the benefits of AYUSH systems of medicine and promoting holistic health practices.
Karnataka Ayurveda Medical College (KAMC) was entrusted with the responsibility of managing the Registration, Reception, and Geriatric Care OPD during the two-day event. The team efficiently coordinated participant registration, guided visitors, and facilitated geriatric care consultations for elderly beneficiaries.
As part of the awareness programme, public health talks were delivered by Dr. Rajeshwari T, Associate Professor, Department of Panchakarma, and Dr. Waheeda Banu, Professor and HOD, Department of Kayachikitsa. The sessions focused on the importance of Ayurvedic principles in maintaining health, preventive care, and management of lifestyle disorders. The talks were well received by the attendees and helped enhance awareness about traditional healthcare practices.
The programme witnessed active participation from the public, healthcare professionals, faculty members, and students. Through coordinated efforts and teamwork, the responsibilities assigned to KAMC were carried out smoothly.
Overall, AYUSH Habba 2026 was successfully conducted, contributing significantly to public awareness and promotion of AYUSH systems of medicine.
