Department of PG studies in Dravyaguna vijnana celebrated World Earth Day on 22.04.2025 at 2.30pm at KAMC Auditorium, Mangalore.

Chief guest for the function Dr. Alok Rai, Principal, Sushrutha Ayurveda Medical College, Bengaluru inaugurated the occasion and shared his views regarding sustainable use of natural resources and waste disposal management.
During this inauguration, Dr. Ravi Rao S., Principal, KAMC, Mangalore shared his views on Need for Conservation of Environment.
Vice principal Dr. Jacintha Meena Dsouza, Dr. Swapna Bhat, Professor & HOD, Dept of Dravyaguna Vijnana, Dr. Mohan Kishora, Dr. Sridevi, Dr. Srijaya V. Prabhu, Dr. Niyathi- Staffs of Dravyaguna Department, Teaching staffs graced this occasion with their presence.
On this eve, Poster presentation competition was organised for UG students and PG scholars of KAMC, Mangalore with the theme of Our Power, Our Planet.
Dr. Ajith Kamath, Medical Director, KAMCH, Mangaluru, Dr. Rajeshwari T, Associate professor, Dept of Panchakarma, Dr. Parikshith K Navada, Associate professor, Dept of Rasashastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana were the judges for the Poster presentation competition.
