Department of Prasuti tantra and Streeroga of Karnataka Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, Ashoknagar, Mangalore conducted a guest lecture on “Ayurvedic management of Infertility”. The session was led by Dr. Vidya Ballal, Emeritus Associate Professor, SDM College of Ayurveda & Hospital, Udupi. In the session Dr. Vidya Ballal spoke about various causes of infertility and Ayurvedic approach in the management of the condition. She also shared her experiences in handling infertility cases along with case reports. The session benefitted all the students and staff of Karnataka Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital.
The program was inaugurated by Mr. U. K. Khalid, Administrator Officer, SCS Group of Institutions.
Principal Dr. Ravi Rao.S, Vice Principal Dr. Jacintha. M D’souza , Dr Udaya D.K.,Medical Superintendent,Karnataka Ayurveda Medical College Hospital and Dr Vani, Professor,Department of Prasuti tantra& streeroga were present at the event.
Welcome speech was done by Dr. Megha and vote of thanks was told by Dr. Vani. Dr. Gopika Raj was the M.C. for the event.
The session was insightful and beneficial providing valuable perspectives on Ayurvedic management of Infertility.
