Pharmacovigilance Awareness Programme was organised by the Department of P.G. studies in Dravyaguna Vijnana, IQAC and Pharmacovigilance Cell, Karnataka Ayurveda Medical College, Mangalore in association with Father Mullers Homeopathic College, Mangalore on 14th February 2026 at KAMC Auditorium. The formal program for the event was inaugurated by lighting the lamp with the dignitaries on the Dias where Resource persons Dr E S J Prabhu Kiran Principal and Co ordinator – Father Mullers Homeopathic College, Mangalore, Dr. Fathima Soudath, Junior Research Fellow-PPvC010, Father Mullers Homeopathic College, Mangalore, Dr. Swapna Bhat, Professor and Head, Department of Dravyaguna Vijnana, and Dr. Sridevi, Professor, Karnataka Ayurveda Medical College Mangalore. Keynote address was delivered by Dr. Swapna Bhat, Convener of the IQAC Pharmacovigilance cell, Professor and Head, Department of Dravyaguna Vijnana, Karnataka Ayurveda Medical College, Mangalore. Master of the ceremony was Dr Srijaya V. Prabhu, Associate Professor, Department of Dravyaguna Vijnana and the welcome speech was given by Dr Soumyashree K M, Associate Professor, Department of Dravyaguna Vijnana. Soon after the formal function Interactive Quiz session on Pharmacovigilance was carried out by Dr E S J Prabhu Kiran and Dr. Fathima Soudath with four teams comprising of 16 students involving the UG students and PG Scholars. Winner and runner teams were awarded with cash prize. Consolation prizes were awarded to the audience participants. The formal program concluded with the vote of thanks rendered by Dr B. Shivani Rao, Assistant Professor, Department of Dravyaguna Vijnana, Karnataka Ayurveda Medical College, Mangalore.
