The Investiture Ceremony of the Student Council for the academic year 2026–2027 was successfully organized on 19th June 2026 at the KAMC Auditorium, Mangalore, in a dignified and celebratory manner with the chief guest Mr.U K khalid , Principal Dr.Sajith Mangalassery, Vice principal Dr.Ajith kamath cultural commitee head Dr.Subhashri ,literary commitee member Dr.Yajna , sports commitee head Dr.Savitha and final year co-ordinators Dr.Kripa and Dr. Raksha .
The event was compered by Ms.Emisha, who conducted the proceedings gracefully and professionally. The ceremony commenced with an introductory note, followed by the escorting of the dignitaries. The formal march of the Student Council, led by the President, Mr. Puttaraj, and the Secretary, Ms. Shreya Poojary, added grandeur to the occasion. The programme then proceeded with a prayer song rendered by Ms.Thanvitha and Ms.Sparsha, invoking blessings for the successful tenure of the newly elected council. The welcome address was delivered by Ms.Manasa, who warmly welcomed the dignitaries with rose greetings. The traditional lighting of the lamp marked the auspicious inauguration of the ceremony.
Dr. Savitha introduced the newly elected Student Council members to the audience, highlighting the significance of leadership and responsibility in student life. A valedictory address was delivered by the former President, Mr. Irfan, who reflected on his journey and encouraged the new council members to serve with dedication and sincerity. The members of the Student Council were then formally conferred with badges by the respected lecturers. This was followed by the oath-taking ceremony, which was administered under the guidance of the Principal, Dr. Sajith Mangalassery, officially entrusting the council members with their duties and responsibilities. The newly elected President addressed the gathering with gratitude and determination. The Chief Guest, Mr. U. K. Khalid, delivered an inspiring speech, motivating the students to uphold discipline, unity, and leadership. The Principal also addressed the gathering and extended his best wishes to the council members for a successful term.
The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks proposed by Mr. Shubham, followed by the National Anthem. The event came to a memorable close with a photo session, capturing the proud moments of the newly invested Student Council. The ceremony was made successful through the valuable guidance and support of the Final Year Coordinators, Dr. Kripa and Dr. Raksha, along with the wholehearted efforts and cooperation of the Final Year students.lll
